Hi my name is Tony and welcome to my website. This site is used as my portfolio for my music and visual arts resume which I will update as soon as new projects are completed.
I’ve been in love with music since I was a child.  My parents played music in our home. Mom loved R&B and Dad loved American pop. During the 80’s my two older brothers and I religiously listened every Sunday to Casey Kasem’s top 40. Every song, no matter its chart position, was incredible. Then in 1986 my brothers brought home two cassette tapes that changed the course of my life: Mötley Crüe’s "Shout at the Devil" and Ozzy Osbourne’s "The Ultimate Sin". I never heard Rock N’ Roll like that before especially not on the Top 40. Popular music started to change. I continued to live vicariously through my older brother’s who were listening to the latest glam rock.
I was an 80’s baby and a 90’s teen which wasn’t bad at all. As a teenager I found my own sound and it was around the time my parents bought me my first bass guitar. One day I was at a record shop and I gravitated towards a cd copy of Ramone’s Mania. It was another game changer but this was my discovery, not one I made through my brother’s. I found a sound that I identified with.
Learning to play the guitar, during the 90’s, with all that wonderful new music and new bands, was the best education an aspiring musician could ask for. During that time I also discovered the Beatles whose philosophies on life, music, and art became a compass for me.
Today I love all different styles of music. I keep up with new releases while still enjoy what came out in the past. Music has evolved so much in the last 100 years and there is so much of it to listen too.
In my adult life I’ve worked in radio, both clear channel and NPR/classical radio. I’ve also worked as a graphic designer and multi media specialist for 15+ years. I’ve joined bands, started and managed bands, performing live music, and have done so for over 15+ years.
I have developed this website to share my contributions of music and film, and I would feel blessed If I reached a single person who enjoyed my work. Thank you for visiting. I hope you enjoy your time here.
